Born and raised in the beautiful Rose City of Portland, Oregon, I am a second-generation Asian-American brought up by the prideful roots of my Filipino family and culture.

Delving into the world of professional theater, I found my passion in the art of various storytelling, spreading outreach to different audiences ranging from age, culture, ethnicity, and faith. One of the most pivotal moments that lead to my calling in theater was doing a high school production of the 25th Putnam County Spelling Bee, playing Chip Tolentino, where an Asian-American mother reached out to me and expressed the utter awe and inspiration for her 12-yr. old daughter, who would soon decide to overcome her fear of stage fright and muster up the courage to pave her path towards the performing arts. At that moment, I found that art was something not just for myself, but also for generations to come. And especially as an Asian-American actor, there's reason for what I do because of small moments like that.

Ever since then, I would continue to pursue my career in the performing arts, obtaining my BA in Musical Theater at Pepperdine University ('Sco Waves!).

 

Soon, most notably, I would embark throughout a two year travel cycle throughout North America, playing Josh in Nickelodeon's 2022-23 National Tour Production of Blue's Clues and Curly the Lost Boy in The 2023-24 Broadway National Tour of Peter Pan. Although my passion in Musical Theater has taken me places all over North America, given me a brand new and fresh perspective, and soon take me through international borders, I have been a continuous lifelong student of my craft, embracing change in my art as new experiences change me. Because of this, I am very grateful.
